The purpose of this site is to connect families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing with other families in similar situations, in addition to providing them with resources needed so the child can reach his or her highest potential. .

Visitors to the Site that wish and elect to connect and/or communicate with Kentucky Hands and Voices and/or Third Party Contacts may be provided the option to do so by phone, instant message, e-mail, or any other means as may be provided by and accessible through the Site. No personally identifiable information is collected by us merely upon your accessing the Site. However, we may collect personally identifiable information, including without limitation names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, physical addresses, and other personally identifying information, as well as other personal information, that is provided voluntarily by you and at your own discretion in the course of any connection and/or communications you choose to have with and to Kentucky Hands and Voices and Third Party Contacts originating through the Site.  Please be advised that Third Party Contacts may also collect personal information, inclusive of, but not limited to, personally identifiable information, from you in the course of your connection thereto and communication therewith.
