The 2026 Deaf Awareness Day at the Louisville Zoo will be on Saturday, August 29. 

Join with other families for a fun outing to the Louisville Zoo. If you live in Kentucky and have a child who is deaf or hard of hearing (up to age 17), your child receives a FREE ticket. You must pre-register here. 

Discounted tickets are available for friends and family members.

Note: ASL interpreters will be available for zookeeper talks throughout the day.
